The Wall Project

The Wall project (in partnership with ARTMOSSFERA) is an open discussion club, which highlights internal and external problems of the graffiti culture. Winzavod CCA introduces each new exposition as a call for a discussion about street art. The public can observe street art phenomena in its typical environment, allowing people freely to communicate with artists. It is a unique chance for an audience to get to know the graffiti artists, as in ordinary life they usually prefer to stay anonymous.


Project history

The Wall project initially established at the Red October place. In 2010 the project moved down to Winzavod CCA. At the time being of the project amongst performing artists were: Alexey Kallima, Kiril Kto, CHTAK, Pasha 183, Timofey Radya and many others.
The creative association ARTMOSSFERA took the lead of the Wall project and in 2016 was in charge of the projects’ programme on a regular basis, outlining the prospect of its future development. At the time being while Artmossfera were in charge, artists Ivan Naintiy, Andrey Vedro and the team "Letme", have introduced their works on the wall.


About independent creative association ARTMOSSFERA 

ARTMOSSFERA is an independent creative association, an agent of support and development of street art in Russia, creator and organizer of the Biennale of Street Art of the same name (2014/2016/2018), the only international festival in Russia devoted entirely to street art. The founders of the association are Sabina Chagina and Yulia Vasilenko. The goal of the association is to study street art, create a platform for the development of the local street art community, initiate new names and change the face of urban spaces.
