Results of the XI WIN-WIN Contemporary Art Market

On October 11 and 12, the XI WIN-WIN Contemporary Art market was held at the Winzavod Contemporary Art Center, where more than 100 participants presented their works of art in all media — from painting and ceramics to photography and sculpture. The market was visited by Irena Ponaroshka, Vika Chuma, Anastasia Postrigai, Polina Bondareva, Victoria Gumerova, Gosha Rushev, Danya Furs, Anna Yekomasova, Alexandra Zhilenko, Anastasia Karpova, Peter Ivanov, Ekaterina Dementieva and more than 4,000 people. "The market has grown again, in terms of the quality and quantity of works sold. We will summarize the financial results a little later, many participants have sold more than half of the declared works. This time, the market space in the Bely Workshop was organized with a lot of air, visitors freely chose art and communicated with artists," Ekaterina Savina, curator of the WIN—WIN market. The WIN-WIN autumn market was supported by the independent educational program for contemporary artists "Azy". The functional drinks laboratory SHROOM SHROOM has set up a coffee point and developed two special drinks for the guests of the market, one cocktail based on LOVE CACAO with non-alcoholic rum and Amaretto liqueur. The second is a creative interpretation of the White Russian cocktail based on coffee liqueur, cream and BRAIN CACAO. The lounge area and library were organized by the masters School, a partner of the market. Water for the guests was provided by the company "Shambhala — Altai Mountain Water". In parallel with the XI WIN-WIN, was programm for children from 6 to 14 years old. On the first day of the market, on October 11, young visitors could assemble their own exhibition, study the visual language of the urban environment, design a collective architectural model of the CCA Winzavod from improvised materials and get acquainted with street art in the Street Art Laboratory. On Sunday, October 12, a workshop "Theater Laboratory" and a master class on creating a tabletop theater took place. In the Children's space in the Fermentation Workshop, it was possible to take part in a free Game Library from the publishing house Prosveshchenie-Soyuz. In total, over the history of the WIN-WIN market, more than 1,000 artists have been selected to participate, who have sold more than 6,000 works worth more than 55.5 million rubles (according to a survey of more than 80% of participants). The market was held within the framework of the strategic direction of the CCA Winzavod Art Market and was held for the eleventh time.

112  artists will present their work at the 12th WIN-WIN spring fair of new names.

Since 2021, the Center for Contemporary Art Winzavod has been implementing the WIN-WIN project, which was launched as a contemporary art market within the Art Market program. Since its inception, the project has received over 600 applications for each open call. The market has presented over 1,000 artists, creative communities, galleries, and associations, and launched the careers of over 500 new artists.

The fair will maintain one of the project's key principles: representing at least 50% of the artists who have not previously participated. This rule allows the professional community to sel ect relevant names twice a year.

The fair's open call received over 930 applications.
