Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art is opening a space for independent theater and music. From June 26 to August 2, the new project Zeleno-Molodo will present indie music bands and theater groups on the Winzavod Center's summer stage. 

All participants have been selected by experts. The theater program is curated by Grigory Zaslavsky, Rector of GITIS, Alexander Tsypkin, writer, Pavel Rudnev, theater critic, and Eva Indenbaum, project curator. The music program is curated by Vadim Chuvashov, founder and editor-in-chief of the blog Rodnoy Zvuk.

Within the framework of Zeleno-Molodo, there will be a children's theatre program, which will also give a platform to young independent theatre projects working with young audiences.

CHILDREN'S THEATRE PROGRAM 0+

• June 28 at 20:00. The performance "What Poetry Can Be" by Theatre Project 27 will open the program. The director of the performance, Anna Potebnya, a graduate of the workshop of Yu. Butusov, together with the poet Erog Zaytsvé, use a non-standard theatrical genre - a performance-lesson. The play is designed for audiences aged 12 to 22. The audience comes to the play, but ends up at a lecture. The lecturer comes to the lecture, but ends up at the play. The play comes to a standstill. Nothing is clear. But someone will definitely understand something. 
• On July 4, at 12:00 and 16:00, the Móni Bídóni Theatre will present the musical and noise play "The Whisper of the Pans," which explores the fascinating world of kitchen sounds. The play is designed for the youngest audience, from 2 years old. The Whisper of the Pots is about rethinking the everyday routine that many parents find themselves in as a space for discovery for their children. 
• On July 18, at 12:00 and 14:00. The theater project "For the First Time" will present the play "LA-LO-Puddle" for audiences aged 2 to 6. This is a series of sketches about a puddle and a dialogue between an adult and a child about the creation of their wonderful world, about possibilities and imagination.
• July 25 at 16:00. The program ends with the Ani Sholokhovich Theater company (BURBURO) with the play "Asya is looking for words" for viewers over 6 years old. This is a play about Asi's journey in search of missing words in order to drive away a quarrel and bring speech back to her home. This is a story about the sounds that make up love.

Also: On August 1 and 2, the Green-Young festival of independent music will take place. The music program's partner is Rodnoy Zvuk, one of the key resources of the Russian indie scene. Since 2015, Rodnoy Zvuk has been bringing together bands from all over the country, representing a new generation of authors and performers.
