Perhaps you have heard the word «awareness»? English word «mindfulness» («awareness») reached its record popularity in Google-queries. In the simplest sense, awareness means secular meditation - the ability to align the emotional swing and dive into the moment «here and now» without anything additional. After a general fascination with yoga and Oriental religious ideas, today’s man decided to put aside all that interferes with life and to abandon such a practice that helps not only to feel better, but also to understand long-term goals, as well as to protect against toxic emotions.
But, really, awareness is more than just «here and now». It is an instrument of self-knowledge, self-development and control of our inner state. In 2022 the Gallery «Fine Art» celebrates its 30th anniversary and decided to dedicate it to the theme of awareness. As in everyday life and art.
Especially for the exhibition anniversary several authors created their works for the project Awareness
