Sofia Trotsenko
Founder of the Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art and the president of the Winzavod Fund for the support of Contemporary Art
Sofia Trotsenko was born in Moscow. In 2001 she graduated from the Russian State University of Cinematography named after S. A. Gerasimov, from the Faculty of Economics specialising in "Management of Culture Industries". Later in 2010 Sofia graduated from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, from the Department of Civil Service and Personnel Policy. In 2010 Sofia was the dean of the Faculty of Producer in the Moscow Art Theatre School, for two years. From November 2012 she worked as an adviser to the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation on a voluntary basis. Furthermore, she was the deputy head of the Moscow’s vice-mayor office for social development. Currently, Sofia Trotsenko is a member of the board of trustees of the “Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art Foundation”, and also a member of the organising committee of the Russian competition in the field of contemporary visual art called "Innovation". Sofia is an acting member of the Public Council run by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Since January 2016, Sofia Trotsenko is the director of the Design School at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
Лина Краснянская
Руководитель и куратор проекта Best of Russia («Лучшие фотографии России»)

Родилась в Тбилиси. В 2001 году закончила факультет журналистики Московского государственного университета им. М.В. Ломоносова по специальности «журналистика и связи с общественностью».

С 2005 по 2008 была арт-директором Московского Центра Искусств на Неглинной, с 2008 по настоящий момент - руководитель и куратор проекта Best of Russia, с 2014 по 2016 являлась исполнительным директором Государственной галереи на Солянке.

Продюсер книг: «Винзавод. 2006-2013», «Краткая история российской культуры. Версия Винзавода».

С февраля 2016 года по октябрь 2017 - директор Фонда поддержки современного искусства «Винзавод».

Вера Трахтенберг
Куратор проекта «Старт» (сезон 2017)

Родилась в Москве, окончила Московский Государственный университет имени М.В. Ломоносова, исторический факультет, отделение истории искусств.

В 2015-2016 годах курировала выставочные проекты: «Скульптуры, которых мы не видим», ЦВЗ «Манеж», август 2015; «Рабочий и колхозница. Личное дело» (совместно с Андреем Паршиковым), МВЦ «Рабочий и колхозница», декабрь 2015 – февраль 2016; работала над созданием новой постоянной экспозиции в МВЦ «Рабочий и колхозница», открытой в 2016 году.

С 2016 года преподает в Британской Высшей Школе Дизайна курс «Новые художественные стратегии».

Работает в ГЦСИ начальником отдела комплектования коллекции.

Anastasia Shavlohova
Curator of the Philosophical Club and a member of the expert board at the START Project, Winzavod CCA
Anastasia Shavlohova is a prize winner of the “Caryatid” 2011. In 2012 and 2013 she became the laureate of German General Chancellor scholarship, from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. In 2007 Anastasia graduated from The Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design. In 2007 she was one of the founders of the open studio in St. Petersburg called "Unconquered", together with Ivan Plyuch and Ilya Gaponov. Anastasia was the first curator of the START project at Winzavod CCA (season 2008/2009), and later became a member of the projects' expert board. From 2013 until 2014, Anastasia was the art director at Winzavod CCA.
Andrey Shental
The co-curator of the Philosophical Club
Andrey is a critic, theorist, curator and an artist. Also, he is an editor of the "Art Magazine" and a correspondent for the "Flash Art" magazine.
