Center for Contemporary Art Winzavod announces the open call of the second season of the Leadership Program Generation Art and invites students - future promising managers, designers and PR-specialists. All participants of Generation Art will get a unique opportunity to plunge into the working environment and make the first steps in the art industry under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Sofia Trotsenko, the founder of the Contemporary Art Support Foundation Winzavod, told about the program: "I would like to see Generation Art project as a really good working tool for all institutions, from where they could get information and contacts on vacancies in their fields. This project has all the chances to unite the opportunities for students who are looking for their way into the profession, and for colleagues who are looking for bright, interesting and willing to develop young professionals.
The educational program of Generation Art is presented by weekly intensities, lectures and seminars from experts of Winzavod and invited speakers on three main directions: Art management, PR and Design.
"The peculiarity of the Generation Art project is that it is interesting not only for its participants, who acquire absolutely universal skills and knowledge for development in the field of culture, but also for future employers, who receive ambitious and talented young professionals with the necessary understanding of how the art sector is already organized," - said Darya Sukhorukova, a leading specialist in special projects and events of the State Historical Museum.
Among the speakers of the Generation Art Leadership Program: Sofia Trotsenko, founder of the Contemporary Art Support Fund Vinzavod, Maria Grigorieva, PR Director of the Museum of Russian Impressionism, Darya Sukhorukova, leading specialist in special projects and events at the State Historical Museum, Sabina Chagina, co-founder of the Artmossphere Creative Association and the Street Art Biennale of the same name, Anastasia Shavlokhova, founder and curator of the Scene art space, Ivan Vetrov, graphic designer, curator of the Branding specialization at the School of Design of the National Research University Higher School of Economics and others.
Upon completion of the Program, participants will be able to enter the personnel reserve not only of the Winzavod, but also of other cultural institutions due to the volume of knowledge and skills acquired during the training.
Stages of the Leadership Program:
Open call, September 10 - October 6.
Selection of participants and interviews, October 7 - October 18.
Internship and Immersion program, 22 October - 27 February.
