11.12 GALLERY presents the long-awaited collective exhibition of the artists of the gallery "Yes, not Moscow". We are showing new works that have been created over the past year and a half. During this time, they took part in a disparate form in various projects, both in Russia and abroad. At this exhibition, for the first time, it will be possible to see what our artists worked on during the pandemic, and how exactly it affected their work. Damir Muratov moved from chamber canvases to large-scale paintings, continuing to tell the history of the Country of Siberia; Vasily Slonov adds to his arsenal of artistic means experiments with light, which takes on a completely physical expression in him; Vladimir Marin, extremely laconic in his works, makes us believe in the substitution of the materials used: the fabric becomes plywood, and the plants are just a shadow. The rest of the artists also experienced the complexity of external circumstances in their own way, and the results of the struggle / indifference / overcoming / reconciliation with them can be seen at our exhibition “Yes, not Moscow”.
